Assistant Superintendent Coordination of multiple subcontractors to complete a $300 million casino in North Las Vegas. I maintained direct contact with the owner representative, architects, designers and city officials to complete the project on time and under budget. I was involved with all aspects of construction in the field from excavation, punch list and turnover to the owner. My duties involved resolving conflict between subcontractors, daily reports, time sheets for employees, safety walks and confirming and implementing change orders from the owner.

Assistant Superintendent Assisted in the reconstruction and expansion of the existing pool at the Palms Casino. Remediation, demolition and reconstruction of the existing area had to be coordinated with surrounding restaurants, nightclub and spa without disrupting their day to day operations. I had direct contact with the Operations manager, architects, engineers, designers and end users. I was involved in all aspects of construction from definition of the subcontractor scope of work to turnover to the owner.

Carpenter Foreman In charge of a crew of 20 carpenters to form vertical structural concrete for the 35 story Bellagio Spa Tower. After the structural concrete was complete, I was charged with field supervision of interior framing and drywall of the guest rooms. I was involved with all aspects of interior construction of the presidential suites with direct contact to the architects and designers to keep the project on schedule.
