Provide on-site technical support to the Project Manager and Superintendent by updating schedules; preparing daily reports and documentation on progress and safety; preparing and tracking work orders, back charges, and RFIs; researching plans and documents; building layout; facilitating client and

Exercise outstanding communication skills in providing support to tenants on remodel as the acting Tenant Liaison Representative for R&O Construction. Hold weekly tenant meetings to ensure all tenants are informed of current and future construction plans. Meet with tenants on a one-on-one basis to assist in minimizing the impact of construction on tenant sales.
One of five individuals hand chosen to serve on the R&O Construction Training Team. Responsible for training twenty project assistants on various computer programs such as MS Excel, Sage Timberline Project Management, web-based programs, etc. Assisted in training Superintendents and Project

Create a variety of reports and databases to assist owner and contractor in tenant improvement
construction requirements.
Acquired accounting experience by working alongside one of the top Job Cost Accountants, in order to ensure invoices assigned to the project coincide with terms of the contract. Review and code invoices,
work with vendors to revise invoices as needed, process changes and invoices through Timberline Project Management software.
