I have more than thirty years of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry generally beginning with clearing a site to completion of the entire project. I strive for maximum team performance and provide team members with the resources needed to bring projects to successful conclusions. I work closely with owners, customers, subcontractors, vendors and have managed as many as 75 employees, while maintaining job site records, progress photos, submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, correspondence files, as-built plans and change orders. I have supervised the installation of HVAC systems, electrical equipment and elevator systems, while tracking and reporting daily job production. In addition I have the experience and knowledge of all construction equipment requirements and have either operated or managed the operation of heavy machinery.
