Provide outdoor landscape construction services creating hardscapes with brick pavers and stone including masonry, landscape design or renovation, and outdoor lighting
Take projects from the point of sale through completion to the satisfaction of the customer within time and budgetary constraints. Interpret blueprints, lay out jobs, and select the most appropriate crew member for each job component. Track labor and material expenses, inspect completed work, and do final billing. Project budgets range from $50K to more than $1M. Coordinate up to 30 foreman and laborers pouring foundation footings, performing lay out of structural beams for new buildings, and installing hardscapes.
Oversaw million-dollar project with a one of a kind waterfall for a residence that included a $250K marble fountain and 5,000 sq. ft. driveway made from granite cobblestone.
Supervised a $300K project of the front entry to the MGM Grand in Detroit, leading a crew of 15-20. Completed project within budget and ahead of schedule.

Managed a large, $1.5M hardscape project at the DTE Administrative Offices in Detroit. Directed a crew of 25 over a two year period to complete project that included numerous retaining walls and 150,000 brick pavers for a street 20 feet wide and 800 feet in length.
Directed a $1.2M project of the Dominic Moceri Sr. residence constructing all hardscapes including exposed aggregate curbs, travitine marble facade work, a 12,000 sq. ft. drive, and many additional features.
Managed a crew of 17 to complete a $1.3M project at the Alone Kaufman residence for a 30,000 sq. ft. home located on 13 acres. Confirmed elevations and verified the job specifications. Trained new employees during the construction of hardscapes.

MGM Grand Casino: Installed high-end cabinets in two-story suites that ranged from 5,000 to 10,000 sq. ft. on the 29th floor of the hotel.
Monte Carlo Hotel: Supervised 10-12 man crews installing custom cabinets, vanities, and trim work in the hotel tower suites.
