Hired to spearhead business in the Northeast and coordinate projects in the eastern United States. Senior leadership position: primary company representative for all transactions in territory. Served as liaison with franchisees: set up subcontractors, met with government officials before, during and after a project (zoning, variances, permitting); managed logistics, scoped projects (including measurements); and coordinated projects from start through punch list. Interviewed, hired and managed engineers, architects, and consultants for franchisees.
