CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Commercial ~ Industrial
Superintendent
My skills and experience as a Superintendent in Commercial and Industrial construction, combined with “hands-on†experience in most trades and as a heavy equipment operator has increased, sharpened, and expanded my construction management skills. I am looking to provide these skills towards more challenges and responsibility in larger and more extensive projects.
My background includes managing projects from concept and design through completion; and coordinating efforts with all subcontractors and employees. Some of the qualifications that I will bring to your ventures include:
ï‚· Proven skills in managing projects through their full life cycle, which includes sub-contractor and building material selection, and project leadership.
ï‚· A strong financial acumen and the ability to manage P&L, ensuring all projects remain on-time and within financial agreements.
ï‚· Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse individuals at every level.
ï‚· Having traveled and lived globally while in the military, I am willing to relocate and work projects in other locations and countries.
I would enjoy the opportunity to speak with you about the Superintendent position. I look forward to speaking with you to discuss my skills and this opportunity further. I can be reached at the number above.
