I have 20 years of solid construction experience that provides accurate and affirmed cost management and estimating from schematic to construction design documents in all CSI Divisions 1 thru 16. This includes civil hardscape and softscape, underground utilities, residential, multi-family, vertical construction and tenant improvements. Prior experience with the previously worked on projects in Washington State has provided me the knowledge and insight for labor, materials, GC/subcontractor bid solicitation and negotiation of scopes.
