• Recommended & coordinated w/ upper management to enter into a written agreement with Cleveland Farms to grow corn in Ph 2 of College Park (while on Marketing Hold) in turn for keeping unsold residential pads weed free until 2010 that will save hundreds of thousands dollars in weed abatement.
• Initiated the Common Area Utility Meter Set-Up and Turnover Documentation Process.
• Successfully met City of Mission Viejo deadlines to turnover James G. Gilleran & Curtis Park site improvements to the City in time for the start of Little League season March 1993.
• Successfully met mass grading deadlines for the United Parcel Service (UPS) super pad & several roadways required to allow construction of the telephone backbone and trunk sewer main systems required for certificate of occupancy & close of escrow by UPS and Pacific Crest Mills - 1989.
• Managed the design and construction of multiple projects from conception to completion. These projects consisted of hillside mass grading (including blasting and oversized rock disposal), 400 acres for commercial/residential super pads and one-half width of the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor, Rte.73, for a total of 7 million cubic yards of mass excavation, 3 million cubic yards of alluvial removals and a budget of $21 million. Also street improvements, traffic signals, master storm drain facilities and park site projects on Mission Viejo Co. property.
