CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
 Project Superintendent in charge of 2-different design build office buildings in Houston, Texas. 1- five story 250,000 square foot with tenant finish out to include 5-story 300,000 square foot parking garage. 1-six story 240,000 square foot with tenant finish out including 4-story 270,000 square foot parking garage. Both were fast track and were finished on time, within budget and had no lost time accidents.
 Project Superintendent in charge of 2- different office building in Dallas, Texas. Both were finished on time and within budget while maintaining a safe work site with no lost time accidents.
 Finished out and (2) 25,000 SF shell buildings, all were tilt wall construction with a contract value of $3.5 million.
 General Construction for a 50,000 SF telephone switch expansion building with a contract of $10.75 million.
 Design and built for various facilities with contracts ranging from $700,000 to $36 million.
