Hired to supervise completion of 2 condo projects at the same time. One was a 44 unit four story building with commercial rental units on the first floor. This also included a 60 stall parking garage underneath. The other building was a three story 28 unit condo project in Verona also with a 40 stall underground parking garage.
Projects bid on, secured contracts and completed: Large Format Digital in Edgerton WI, Roosevelt Heating and ale showroom and warehouse in McFarland WI, Kraus/Anderson construction offices in McFarland WI, Diamond Boutique in McFarland, WI., Feldco windows and doors in Madison, WI. Erik's Bike shop on Madison's east side and Cartridge world store Verona ,WI. These are some of the projects that I have estimated, secured contracts and completed.

EK Machine Fall River WI. 50,000 square foot addition to their facility.
Included design and build out of required specs. Service addition 400 amp 3
phase 480v also a 400 amp three phase 120v- 208v panel package. Welding and
fabricating area, automated painting area and warehousing. Lighting for entire
area to foot candle specs.
Lake Mills Apartment complex. Property included 6,12 family one and
two bedroom apartments and 8, 8 family one and two family apartment units.
Also included detached garages and street lighting .
Sub contracted to Electro-tech to work on the Tanger Outlet Mall in
Wisconsin Dells. Duties were to re-wire fire alarm system from shell
requirements to outlet store requirements. Scheduled for 8 weeks completed in

commercial contracts awarded. Worked on various strip mall build outs.

Worked with other journeyman electricians. Main responsibility was to complete wiring of the I.C.U. area, Trauma rooms, al! x-ray rooms and the MRl area of the hospital.
Teach apprentice electricians on how to do what was required electrically on the job. Teach them on how to read blueprints, schematics, do layout according to print, bend pipe, pull wire and how the NEC applies to wiring a hospital.

In charge of handling crews daily workload, by scheduling, mapping job locations and dispersing jobs accordingly to each crew.

Secured contracts for work with commercial and industrial jobs. Such jobs were an antique mall, a marathon gas station also sub contracted with Town and Country electric to work at Kraft foods in Wausau Wisconsin.
Had three residential building contractors that I did all of there electrical work for.
Estimated jobs for bids, handled all inventory from stocking to purchasing and did all billing and invoicing. Employed two other apprentice electricians.
October 1996-March 1998 Robbins Electric inc. Waterford, Wl Journeyman electrician
Doing work for the city of Waterford under contract. Had a contract with the unified school system to do their electrical work including making a new science lab at the middle school. Largest contract was with the largest sand and gravel supplier J.W. Peters in Burlington, Wisconsin. I worked on all of their control wiring for automation of the conveyor system that is in the gravel pits.
Another contract was with Trent tube in East Troy, Wisconsin. We did all of their wiring when moving equipment around the plant. Mostly rewiring three phase equipment and relocating control cabinets for the equipment.
In shop work was designing and building control cabinets for automation, with electronic or computerized components whichever the customer requested.

Successfully operated business in Racine and southern Milwaukee counties.
Had numerous commercial contracts, Jung trucking, Hall trucking, Kurk concrete and Masonry Specialists. Designed and wired new facilities, and did all electrical maintenance as needed. Graf door opener Company, hired to do ail of the high voltage and control wiring needed to properly operate doors.
Had an ongoing contract with Seven Mile Fair wiring all additions and doing all of their electrical maintenance.
Designed and laid out all electrical requirements as specified by owner / builder of a large strip mail. Mall consisted of three offices, bar / restaurant, cold storage for mink coats and an indoor archery range.
Also contracted to re-wire existing homes to bring them up to code and or do service changes.

During these six years I gained most of my residential and light commercial experience. During my six years here I personally wired over 900 homes, both spec and custom to 1 million dollar homes. I worked with over 35 different builders. My last 2 years there were under the commercial end of this company. I was promoted to field supervisor with 6 other electricians under myself. I was in charge of working with developers, builders and other trades to coordinate required electrical needs. Most of the projects I worked on were multi-million dollar condo and apartment complexes in and around the metro Milwaukee area. Other projects I worked on were strip malls, banks, nursing homes, gas stations and fast food restaurants.

I was hired to wire the manufactured signs that were made there. The signs were either florescent or neon. Later I was transferred to the service and installation department, working all over the mid west, primarily in the southern part of Wisconsin. While in this position I took over as head field supervisor. I had three other people underneath myself both in the field and in the office.

My schooling was for basic electrician / generator mechanic, maintenance and repair. During school I was the class leader in charge of 24 students. In this class I maintained a 3.8 GPA. The final exarn I scored a 98.7%.I did two tours in Beirut, Lebanon I had spent a total of 14 months there. I also spent 6 months in Okinawa, Japan.
