As President and Chief Operating Officer, oversaw a 100% increase of annual revenue. Managing construction teams, working with local building authorities during the zoning and permit phases of projects, construction quality control, project coordination, scheduling and budgeting. Diverse clientele and projects including housing for public universities, multi-family residential apartments, mixed use developments, retail malls, private and public elementary and secondary schools, along with many private and corporate developers.

1. Visionary and Culture-setter for the company.
Defined the business plan and the culture of the company, the direction of growth and the uniqueness of the company. On creation of the company mission, every person on the payroll knew it and integrated this vision into how they performed their job and how they treated clients. 2. Strategic Planner for the company.
