Worked with all MEP trades and QA/QC staff making sure there was no interruption of any of the services needed for the Labs. Advocate for the CDC during all meetings of construction staff. That includes chilled water systems and on site steam generation, and with gas systems in the building for the labs.

UGA Fine Arts Building, building remodel of dressing rooms. Moved chilled water and steam systems and installed structural steel structure inside building with concrete slab and new restrooms and showers with new Air Handling Unit. Completed on time and under budget
UGA Phi Kappa Hall. Remodel- President Adams Dedication.| Installed two state of the art HVAC systems for the building using steam and chilled water from the university systems.
