 Leadership:
Assist company president with in-the-field personnel, responsible for determining value of individuals work performance on job crew
Meet with sub-contractors to review quality and timeliness of work performed
Keep job crew on track for timely completion of work to be performed
 Planning and Organization:
Plan and organize meetings with sub-contractors for job discussions
Arrange meeting times and meet with job inspectors
Make arrangements for delivery or pick-up for materials needed for job
Deliver or pick-up any paperwork or prints related to jobs
 Customer Focus:
Maintain contact with customer during job progress via phone calls or meetings to review any changes or problem that may arise
Make any necessary arrangements to attend to any discrepancies or problems

WORK EXPERIENCE:
1998 – Present Americo Construction - sub-contractor/jobsite manager/supervisor.
Responsible for managing job sites from start to finish. Daily job duties include ordering, gathering and arranging delivery of materials needed, reading blueprints to understand building requirements, running job crews, organizing and meeting with sub-contractors and inspectors, estimating job costs, keeping up-to-date with building codes and costs, and meet with customers.
1993 – 1998 Family business owner - small construction company. Responsibilities include all aspect of business operation. Job duties include advertising, estimating job costs, putting proposals together, meeting with customers, acquiring all job materials, arranging sub-contractor for work, and supervising 2 employees. Hired and trained 3 employees to work in the construction field.
