• I have worked full time in the Construction Industry since 1975. Started in Construction as a Laborer working on Corps of Engineer Project in Texas City, Texas. A successful Project Superintendent on Projects that not only were high profile, but several had nearly impossible schedules along with very limited access and nearly all of the projects with Silverton Construction Company were renovations or additions to existing facilities that required a high level of coordination of deliveries, work operations/schedules, and working hand in hand with owners in order to provide the least amount of disruption to ongoing occupation of the facilities.
• Carries a reputation of being well respected within the subcontractor community and recognized as being tough but fair.
• Has a proven record of:
1. Honesty above reproach.
2. Willing to work long hours doing whatever it takes to complete the project safely, on time, and within budget.
3. Not making excuses to cover up any mistakes, but working immediately on a corrective solution and implementing such solution in the most time/cost effective method available.
4. Very knowledgeable and experienced with Closeout and Commissioning Requirements for University of Texas Construction Projects.
