Director of Construction
Recruited as the Director of Construction for a private 226 acre world class (waterfront) Tom Fazio championship golf course development, along with a complementing world class fishing resort and a private airport. I was challenged to complete the $14 million golf course development in 12 months to ensure timely opening for guests such as; the former and current Presidents of the United States, the Governor of Florida and owners of Fortune 50 companies. Full P & L responsibilities with accountability for all operations, project team, establishing all construction budgets, cash forecasts, governmental relations, permitting, licensing, vendor relations, sub contractor relations, productivity, quality assurance and financial controls. Project included; golf course, moving one million cubic feet of earth to balance site, digging 5 lakes, storm drainage, roads & parking lots, airstrip and lighting, aircraft hangers, utilities, 10 miles of off site water extension, regional lift stations, 6 maintenance buildings, pro shop, 2 clubhouses, 18 cottages, 18 high end residences, 32 high end condos, boat docks & davits, common area pools and tennis courts. Total Project Cost $50 million.

Brought on board as Project Superintendent for CSX Realty Development Corp’s master planned luxury island community, Boca Bay. Full P & L responsibilities with accountability for managing 8-12 projects sites simultaneously, developing project budgets, project schedules, client relations, vendor relations, sub contractor relations and supervision for multiple single family and multi-family residential piling units.
Project included; 4 story 8 plex condos, 3 story town homes, 3 story single family homes, clubhouses, tennis courts and common pools. Total Project Cost $500 million
