I have a BS degree in Business Management which I received from the University of Maryland in May of 1989.
Military Experience
Served 23 ½ years in the U.S. Air Force, retired in August of 1994 as a First Sergeant. My responsibilities included providing counseling, referrals to appropriate agencies, recommendations for appropriate disciplinary action to the Commander and supervisors. I performed these duties in the comptroller squadron, comprised of over 80 military and civilian personnel.
Prior to my duties as First Sergeant, I was a cost analyst for over 20 years with duty assignments including the Pentagon, Hawaii, and Europe.
Additional Qualifications
I am a Contractor Quality Control Inspector certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This certification expires in March of 2014.

Hurricane Katrina devastated our home.
