Responsible for all phases of the stakeholder approval and the construction process: appearing before all State, County and Local regulatory agencies, directed engineering and architectural designs, space planning. I responded to RFP’s, prepared proposals; oversaw bidding, contracting and field supervision of all construction activities, including customer equipment systems. I negotiated Leases, Purchase and Sales Agreements, and performed Portfolio Asset and Property Management responsibilities for more than 120 tenants including marketing, tenant fit-up, activities for these properties on a concurrent basis. Asset Management of this 40+ building portfolio culminated with the orderly liquidation of this national real estate development firm.
