FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Direct all aspects of erection of large-scale conventional, institutional and industrial projects from cost development through project closeout valued up to $385mm million. Supervise Project Superintendents, Foreman, subcontractors, and office support. Hold full accountability for profit & loss outcomes, large-scale budgeting/forecasting and approvals and all bid packages. Coordinate all aspects of the job including CPM schedules, design, tooling, material costs, manpower requirements, etc. Coordinate project staffs, subcontractors, quality assurance specialists, and other relevant personnel. Monitor production processes to insure compliance with contracts and project completion within time and budget parameters. Prepare project schedules for the implementation and fulfillment of company/client goals. Act as principal troubleshooter involving a variety of operations
 Have established, maintained and cultivated beneficial relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, wholesalers/suppliers, zoning officers, and municipal personnel. Possess a seasoned knowledge of NECA, IBEW codes, and labor contract agreements.
 Adept in implementing cost effective measures with ahead of schedule completion dates and below-budget status.
 Have significantly increased productivity by implementing improved work methods and capital equipment.
 Prepare and conduct detailed sales presentations to company Boards defining detailed budget and project strategies.
 Combine available resources in order to achieve prescribed objectives.
 Serve as consultant and principal troubleshooter involving a variety of operational problems.

Contract Proposal/Cost Estimating/Purchasing
Final approver on all bids. Activate contract proposals and investigations, contract administration, union contract interpretation, and government regulations. Handle cost estimating covering the design, tooling, material costs and manpower working from blueprints and specifications. Set up purchasing control/procurement; purchase subcontracts, orders and materials. Plan and schedule projects with all parties. Justify, select and purchase new capital equipment and monitor facility maintenance.
Personnel Management/Safety
Experience in hiring, training, scheduling and supervising field management personnel with indirect accountability for up to 2500 employees with ability to sustain loyalty from subordinates. Proficient in minimizing absenteeism and turnover. Develop quality and safety procedures; enforce stringent awareness; filer reports to Department of Labor on company performance.
