MAJOR PROJECTS
Corporate Office Properties Trust Headquarters - Columbia, Maryland
Responsible for 40,000 SF tenant fit-out, construction team leader that coordinated the design team to ensure consistency with design objectives; negotiated contracts to ensure that quality standards were achieved within project budget and schedule; provided construction documentation to obtain LEED-Commercial Interior silver certification. First LEED CI certified project in the state of Maryland.
Maryland First Financial / Invotex Group - Baltimore, Maryland
Managed complete interior demolition and complex tenant fit-out of historic waterfront building; served as the liaison between the landlord, Baltimore City Historic Preservation, and tenant; ensured that the project was completed on time following flood-related damage caused by a hurricane with value engineering.
Raytheon - Linthicum, Maryland
Led project management for complete interior renovation of a fully occupied building (50,000 SF) with minimal disruption or downtime for the tenant. Renovation included SCIF, offices, public restrooms, entrance lobby and cafeteria; provided coordination of project with tenant, landlord, sub-contractors and county inspection officials to maintain a safe and productive work environment for the employees.
Sun Microsystems - Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Executed construction for 25,000 SF high security and SCIF tenant fit-out; led regular progress meetings to review ongoing project documentation and to ensure coordination between architect, construction manager, landlord and tenant; developed a master construction schedule to ensure that multiple project phases were completed in accordance with strict deadlines and budget.
Walters Art Gallery - Baltimore, Maryland
Accountable for renovation of the Egyptian Art Exhibit which included upgrading mechanical /electrical systems and ensuring compliance with ADA standards in a historic building; coordinated project scheduling with millwork sub-contractor and museum officials to ensure that priceless historic artifacts were preserved and secured. The Egyptian Art Exhibit was featured in several publications.
