Supervised numerous projects that had to be done in the fast track mode so as to meet client’s schedule. Hospitality (Mondrain Hotel Scottsdale). Refurbish 195 rooms. Demo and add new restaurants and bars. Complete exterior renovation. Education (Tutor Time Learning centers). 25,000 sq ft building with high end specialty interior finishes. Total playground installed. Washington Mutual-Chase Banks rebrands. Retail: Kohl’s stores and Fresh and Easy Markets. All projects were completed with aggressive schedule and opened on or before clients’ expectations. Letters of commendation and thanks sent to company. Developed and trained assistant superintendents for future projects.

Medical Superintendent (2004 to 2006)
Constructed medical buildings and T/I them to suite clients needs. All work was fast tracked to meet clients demand for operation of equipment. Projects included the buildings from ground up and installing all wet and dry utilities. The projects were:
Lakes medical plaza- ground up building, 14,000 sq ft imaging center, 14,000 sq ft neurology center, 3,000 sq ft recruitment center and 5,000 sq ft research center. All were done at the same time. Implemented safety guide lines and trained an assistant superintendent. The entire project met the schedule set forth by clients. Also developed and constructed Pinnacle Peak Medical/ Office complex which consisted of site, wet and dry utilities and 6 buildings.

Medical superintendent (2002 to 2004)
Was hired to add on and remodel Casa Grande Regional Hospital. The project had many challenges that had to be scheduled around a working hospital. The scope consisted of
constructing a second story to existing building for new ICU. Construct two story building for 54 bed patient tower. New operating room, new Cathology room, new Pacu rooms, new cardiology area within hospital. New entrance for arrivals. Reconfigured entire parking lot and added to it. Built MOB shell for future use. Upgraded all medical gases to code. Add new electrical service. (6 new switching gear) Remove and replaced the better part of the central plant and chillers.
The project was fast track because the client needed the space as soon as possible.
The schedule was for twenty months. Project was done in sixteen months.

Medical Superintendent (1998 to 2002)
Primarily was involved in medical projects in numerous hospitals, imaging centers, dental offices, emergency rooms, MRI, nuclear medicine, operating rooms, medical buildings, helicopter pads at hospitals. All were fast track to meet clients’ needs. Also did digital Television buildings and installed all equipment to buildings to be in compliance with the FAA guide lines. This was challenging because of location of antennas on the mountain.

I was involved in the day to day operations of a multi million dollar General contracting firm in which I ran eight superintendents and over a hundred craft employees. Most of the time I was overseeing twelve to fifteen projects at the same time. I also maintained liaison with the clients to insure that
their projects were on schedule and within budget. I was involved with securing, estimating, preconstruction, buy out and close out of every job. We were constructing various projects which included medical buildings, multi-family condos, residential housing (custom homes), retail and municipal as a GC. The craft part consisted of framing crews, painters, trim carpenters, concrete crews and landscapers. I supervised all the large projects on site with the superintendents assigned. I helped

the company be successful in a turn down economy at the time. I also drafted the plans for several of the custom homes were constructed.
