I would like to locate a secure, stable company that can use the talents I have to offer as an industrial electrician and multi-craft technician in a manufacturing setting with goals that are in line with my own long term goals.
Thomas E. Donald
SKILLS SET:
Safety
I put safety as the first of my skills sets. As an industrial maintenance technician with the year's experience, I have never had a time-loss injury while on the job. I put safety above and beyond any other skill I have. If it can't be done safely, using accepted protocol, then the job needs to be adjusted to a point that it can safely be completed. If this requires the use of PPE, to include safety glasses, hard hats, fall harness and lanyards, work boots, gloves or any other implement, then so be it.
Maintenance
Development and update of electrical circuitry, development and update of electrical control panels, electrical installation, upgrade and diagnosis of electrical motors, electrical safety and operator training, PC installation, upgrade and troubleshooting, PLC installation and troubleshooting, team leadership in maintenance projects, troubleshooting of disabled or inoperative equipment, General building maintenance to include electrical installation, basic carpentry and basic plumbing
Machine Construction
Machine construction and installation, to include electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and welding, start-up and troubleshooting of new and existing systems, job planning for new equipment, overhaul of equipment and scheduling downtime for regular maintenance
