My current duties as a Project Superintendent consist of managing a complete construction team for Extremely High End Retail products for a Commercial Realtor Contractor/ Developer.
• Develop a management team and the on site management of this high end center in 12 months time from ground up. All building trades including but not limited to exteriors / interiors with level five finishes and all controlled inspection,equiptment and accessories. See attached project development pictures.
• Perform weekly ongoing budget and actual cost analysis for Architects and Corp Mgmt at Taubman Corp
• Oversee complete site materials, schedule cranes and hoists, prepare monthly requisitions, obtain permits and schedules, project meetings, trade coordination
• Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate the all phases of design, reviewing, processing inspections and finalizing of plans, drawings, specifications, Request-for-Information (RFI), and bid proposals for additional work.
• Managing of 7 major restaurants & 3 major retailers as a fast track project with a 10 month delivery schedule & 120 thousand Sq.Ft. Of work area Plus site work coordination as work is in progress.
