•Negotiated unforeseen design challenges and subcontractor disputes with business partners.
•Led a staff of 25 skilled tradesmen and improved worksite performance – became main source of information for staff through daily contact in a quick, professional, and considerate manner.
•Increased productivity up to 15 % - allowed workers to provide input into the installation of 250 commercial window units – including scheduling responsibilities, ordering materials, and using their own skill strengths to save time.
