Relocated from the UK parent company to introduce financial controls and reporting procedures in the newly-formed residential development business. Systems developed for cash, inventory, budget and sales reporting to the local and UK Boards.
Key Results:
• Reporting systems used to control and monitor a successful golf course development in south-east Orange County - producing over 1,000 residential lots to date with 550 sold for over $40 million. Systems also used for the acquisition and development of property on the Butler chain of lakes at Bay Hill - developed 72 lots and sold 55 to date for over $15 million. Development costs to date in excess of $80 million.
• Detailed cash and costing systems used to control the building of two twelve story condominium towers on Cranes Roost Lake in Altamonte Springs, and monitor the generation of over $10 million sales.
