To present Client: Wachovia Bank capital projects division.
• Acted as project manager for (45) parking lot renewal projects in
NJ, DE and SC.
• Provided on site supervision of milling and prep work and placement of new asphalt to insure adherence to spec.
• Conducted field surveys for all sites and provided budget forecast’s
And recommendations to client for use in developing construction plan for fiscal year 2009.
Oct 2008
To April 2009 Client: Home Depot Capital projects division.
• Acted as project manager for the installation of (12) emergency generators at sites in NJ, MD and OK
• Responsible for conducting pre construction meeting with contractors and store personal to review scope of work and insure project completion with minimal interference to store operations.
• Coordinate with contractors in scheduling, permitting and was the onsite contact during cutover to new generator.
• Oversaw the close out of each project that included all paperwork for the decommissioning of “old†generators, creation of punch lists for contractors and approving final pay applications.
Feb 2007
To October 2008 Client: Circuit City, New Construction.
• Acted as project manager for new store construction on NJ, TX,
AZ and OK.
• Responsible for reviewing GC qualifications, interface with Landlord and Circuit City architect to insure all site design requirements were completed, conduct pre bid and pre construction meetings with general contractors.
• Conduct weekly site inspections to monitor progress and insure site’s readiness for critical milestones such as fixture delivery, merchandising and grand opening.
• Review all change orders and pay applications and provide approval recommendations to Director of Construction.
• Review and approve all close out packages submitted from General Contractors.
July 2006
To Feb 2007 Client: Public Storage, Re Image of new property acquisitions.
• Acted as project manager for the re image of (40) locations in Michigan and Mississippi.
• Conduct site surveys to identify changes to interior and exterior signage and all image upgrades to physical building to maintain Public Storage corporate identity.
• Coordinate signage production and installation with Public Storage national sign manufacture.
• Develop a scope of work for each site and make recommendations to Public Storage Marketing Director.
• Review approved scope of work with painting and signage contractors at each location and develops paperwork process for documentation of work.
• Conduct weekly site visits to insure schedule commitments and quality standards were being adhered to.
• Create punch lists and review all close out documents and approve all pay applications.
June 2005
To July 2006 Client: Starbucks Coffee, Site Development Division
• Conduct preliminary level due diligence with local jurisdictions for proposed sites located thru out California.
• Provide report to client to determine which sites were viable and proceed to a Level 2 due diligence activities.
• Meet with ARB/Planning departments with first generation plans to identify all requirements of building, fire environmental and signage requirements for final plan submittal.
• Interface with National architectural design team with the plan creation and submission to local jurisdictions for permitting.
• Monitor plans thru permit stage and work with National General Contractor thru build out.

• Responsible for the creation and staffing of work crews in the Northern California market with respect to remodel and ground up construction projects for Burger King, Pizza Hut, KFC and La Petite Day Care.
