Animal Kingdom Phase Two, Orlando, Fl (8/14/07 - 3/5/09) - 140,000,000
The annex consists of 340 units, 17 buildings (main units) and 15 connectors, 5 stories high on 45 acres. The project is approximately 700,000 square feet. Also consisting of a large lobby area with two main out buildings which consist of fitness center and pool bar with one large pool and wet play area.
Marion County Jail Expansion 2006, Ocala, FL (7/11/05 - 3/9/07) - $29,000,000
Jail expansion was planned for the addition of 640, reduced custody beds, with supporting improvements, facilities and equipment. The current design allows for future addition of three more housing buildings for an added capacity of 768 beds. This is a pre-engineered metal building with architectural block.
The new facility includes eight buildings and has a 137,000 SF addition that includes 640 new medium security dormitory beds, 40 inmate special needs cells, a medical clinic and infirmary, kitchen, laundry, central booking, chiller plant, car wash, and a guard house.
The project also includes 8,000 SF of renovated area in the existing facility to include inmate programs, juvenile housing and video visitation.

Disney's Pop Century Resort Phase I, Walt Disney World, FL (5/1/00 - 7/18/02) - $ 131,000,000
As one of the largest resorts in the world, this structure contains 2,880 guest rooms. Located on 235 acres, Phase I totals 1,060,111 GSF and includes ten guest lodge buildings, six pool buildings, three pools, one kiddie pool, an interactive water feature and a lake promenade. Themed with traditional Disney flair, the entire resort showcases American pop culture from 1950 through 1990. The ten guest lodge buildings feature more than 70 themed icons - some of which stand taller than the four-story guest buildings. The swimming pool areas are extensively themed, including the shape of the pool and design of the pool decking.
Marriott Orlando World Center Expansion, Orlando, FL (12/7/98 - 12/20/00) - $61,000,000
This 19-story project includes a 624-room tower expansion with meeting facilities and a new 1,560-car parking garage, transforming this resort into the world's largest Marriott with 2,000 rooms. Also included in the expansion are upgrades to the existing chiller plant, fire alarm and mechanical services as well as the expansion of JW's restaurant, the renovation of the food court and retail corridors, the renovation of the employee cafeteria and exterior renovations and landscape enhancements. The project also includes a new health club and pool area.
Disney's All Star Resort - Phase III Movies, Lake Buena Vista, FL (8/10/97 - 3/5/99) - $76,842,455
This project consisted of a site work and guestroom package, and sits on 57-acres of land south of the existing All Star Music Resort and All Star Sports Resort. It includes 10 lodge buildings with five themes: Mighty Ducks, 101 Dalmatians, Herbie the Love Bug, Fantasia and Toy Story. Other features include 1,920 guestrooms and a 53,000 SF commercial building with a retail center, a food court, a cast dining .
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Walt Disney World, FL (9/12/95 - 11/3/97) - $148,498,496
This Southwestern/Mexican-themed resort occupies 1,200,000 SF and sits on a 142-acre site. It includes 12 lodge buildings with 1,921 rooms, a 250,000 SF convention center, a health club, two laundry buildings, a Pargo building, a bus pavilion, pool buildings and miscellaneous site buildings.

The contract also encompassed the construction of a commercial building and infrastructure work for "Old Man Island." Port Orleans has 2,048 rooms and Magnolia Bend has 1,016.
