• Guest Service: Resolves guests complains and concerns in courteous and friendly manner.
• Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections of hotel property to maintain standards per company, brand, state and federal regulations. Ensures a clean and safe work environment, and follows all company procedures for guest/employee incidents.
• Training: Responsible for training all employees and insuring training records are maintained. Analyzes quality issues, identifies training needs and ensures implementation to improve results.
2. Holiday Inn. Boston Peabody Hotel Group. Somerville, MA
Chief Engineer. 2003-2005
• Responsible for all aspects of property maintenance, including hiring and employee training
• Implement and maintain an ongoing preventive maintenance program.
