I have extensive experience in aerospace and mechanical fields, which include Tool & Die, Machine Design, Aircraft Tooling, including Composite Form Tooling, Methods & Time and N/C programming, Machine Design, Vendor Liaison, Sheet Metal blank & form, Trim & Punch, Progressive & Compound Dies, Aircraft & Machine Shop production planning, Process Engineering, and experience with all types and grades of metals and the processes to form them.
I have taken a course in Catia 5 at Texas Community College and have installed it in my home computer. I have also taken a four week familiarization course in UGII NX3, and have a Journeyman’s card in Tool & Die, Jig & Fixture Design. Preferred System is Catia V5, Total Hours=6,000+
