safety procedures to exceeding OSHA guidelines).
Reducing workforce from 12 to 6. Thorough market analysis and

65 new projects, $19 mil+ in revenue and over 100,000 hours
of work. Recognized for working to establish good relationships
with former owners and employees.
Managing Electrical component of specialty project of new
Processing facility for national packaged food and beverage
company – 10-12 month, $60 mil., 750,000 sq.ft. (refrigeration,
office, process/packaging, homogenization, product storage,
warehouse, shipping/receiving).
Responsibilities included: managing $4.2 mil budget,
recruiting/developing team, oversight of on-site project manager
and workforce, task planning.
Developed relationship of trust and confidence with corporate
process engineer (owner rep) resulting in additional contract
for installation and implementation of guarded proprietary process
infrastructure.
Nutro Pet Foods (California) – Managed electrical component of
Phase II expansion and additional processing line inside
existing facility, 6-7 months, $3.0 mil., on-site field workforce
of 25, collaborated with owner, engineers, project superintendent,
