I have an excellent record of accuracy in estimating costs and building lasting relationships with vendors.

Direct General contractor, Estimator, and Project Management for complete renovation, took care of contracting subcontractors, (demolition, framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sheetrock, taping, masonry, glass and windows, roof, hardware, carpentry, painting, flooring and cleaning) Reading blueprints, making sure everything was compliant with city codes. Dealt directly with city inspection and client. Leading everyone to work as a team for completion of the project. Was a complete success, was recognized by client as being the first to not go over budget. Went on to do other project and still currently work of him.

Part General Contractor/ Estimator, Project Manager for (sheetrock, taping, painting, stucco, carpentry, hardware finishing) Reading blue prints, bidding project, estimator of each contract, and materials; also making sure everything was compliant with city code. Dealt directly with city inspection, and client. Created a well equipped crew of subcontractors, Was in charge of all contracts, and subcontractors. Making sure we stayed under budget and met deadline. Project was a complete success, was recognized by client himself as outstanding and competent. Went on to do other projects, and still currently work for him.

Acted as Estimator/ Project Manager over the metal framing contractors, sheetrock contractors, taping contractors, painting contractors. Bided the project making adjustments for change orders on blue prints. Finished project profitably and within deadline. Went on to work on another three projects with client and remain till this day on bid list.
