Work Experience
May 2008 – Present Self-Employed
Various residential remodel and repair projects
June 2007 – April 2008 - Project Supervisor
Masonry Technology, Inc., Moreno Valley, CA 92553
July 1993 – June 2007 – Project Manager, Oasis Construction Company (changed names 9/1/1998 to) Yorba Linda Remodel, Yorba Linda, CA 92887
Over the years I have found that although I have held a management position, I have kept the ability to wear a tool belt and actually do the work. Having experience in concrete slab, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, stucco, cabinetry and finish carpentry can be an advantage when working with construction professionals, like building inspectors and sub-contractors, as I have the hands-on experience needed to relate to the situation. Working for a remodeling company for 14 years I learned how to work independently, organize assignments and read and interpret construction plans.
