This Mediterranean Beach Front Subdivision of 54 lots was conceptualized from the old beach communities in Palm Beach, Florida with stucco exteriors and clay tile roofs. These had to be structurally designed for 160 MPH wind loads for gulf front buildings. Coordination of government authorities for this Gulf Front Development included local building department, Planning and Zoning, DNR, DER, and DOT.
