 Pumping the brackish water from south tank form (STF) to different gathering center (GCs) for the length of 20 km cross-country lines with new 3 no of centrifugal pumps. The pipe material for this network shall include of glass reinforced epoxy (GRE) and carbon steel.
 Erection and commissioning of 3 no centrifugal pump.
 Suction and discharge header erection, support fabrication and erection.
 Extension of header of ext pump.
 Hydro test of all 20 km pipeline segment wise and finally in one time hydro test of all system after tie in connection.
 Pre commissioning activities of all system.
 Commissioning of network system.

Project Name : Installation of Air Assisted Smokeless TV Flare Stacks at GCs -1, 2, 4, 7 & 21 ) (Phase – 2) and Replacement
Of Cold Flare Stack at GCs – 4 & 21, Burgan oil Field, South Kuwait, KOC.

 Planning and scheduling of work co ordination with client.
 Monthly weekly & daily work planning and execution in accordance to it. Preparation of progress report, handling of the total work force that includes supervisors, skilled, semiskilled, unskilled & labors co ordination to site and shop activities.
 Attending weekly and monthly project review meeting with client representatives.
 Co ordination with vender/sub contractor in accordance with project requirement defining the scope of work to sub contractor.
 Finalization of sub contractor, dealing with sub contractor.
 Carrying out the hydro test and air test of boiler piping.
 Submit every month of R.A. Bill to our client.
 Supply of raw materials to sub contractors to attain the target.
 To check the monthly bill of our subcontractor.
 Conducting manual safety meetings and seminars.
 Setting of all pipelines supports spring cold value and hot value and check the expansion movement.

 Job includes erection of Main Structure, Supporting Structure, Boiler Drum, Pressure Part 1st Pass and 2nd Pass, Critical Piping MS, CRH, HRH, LPBP, HPBP, and all LP Piping with Supports and Hangers Erection of Boiler Feed Discharge, Aux Steam Header, SCAPH, Mill Inserting System, Cold Air & Hot Air Duct, Coal Pipe, APH, Service and Instrument Air Line.
 Hydro test of boiler (Drainable)
 Mass, alkali, rinsing & final flushing of feed water circulation line.
 Air leak test of secondary air inlet, furnace & flue gas discharge.
 Non-drainable hydro test of boiler.
 Steam blowing of oil and atomizing system, soot blower, APRDS.
 Internal checking of burner tilt, oil gun, igniter and scanner of all elevation with 4 corner
 Light up from oil for alkali boil out.
 Acid cleaning activity-super heater filling, hot water flushing, acid picking with nitrogen blanketing, DM rinse, citric rinse, DM rinse, Neutralization.
 Steam blowing of MS, CRH, HRH with by pass in five stage to raise the boiler pressure of 40 kg / cm2
 Safety valve floating of drum, super heater, CRH, HRH, APRDS, soot blower and CBD tank.
 Co-ordinate the all motorized valve, dampers, gates, commission and calibration of all pneumatic control valve and SD valve.
