 Managed construction of $3M LDS University Chapel. Scope of project included 14,000 sq. ft .addition as well as, a 26,000 sq. ft. remodel of the 64 year old existing building and construction of a pavilion. Completed project 4 months before completion date. Given extended responsibilities of completing all submittals, RFI’s, change orders and procurements of materials. Completed close-out documents.
 Supervised construction of a $2.7M 16,000 sq. ft LDS Heritage Church. Scope of project included road package, pavilion, and additional storage facility. Prevented multi-million dollar injury lawsuit through proper documentation. Completed project 4 weeks before final completion date despite on-going weather interruptions throughout project duration. Received high marks from superiors and owner for job performance and high-end quality product.
 Supervised construction of State Bank of Southern Utah’s Hurricane location. Scope of project included $1.3M 5,700 sq. ft. building. Coordinated efforts, used negotiation techniques and resolved disputes between city and architect including rerouting utility lines and altering detention basin.
