As a Construction Superintendent for a custom homebuilder, I was responsible for every aspect of multiple projects from demolition of the old existing homes, review and implementation of county and city codes requirements, to construction of new luxury homes. Met with the new homeowners and reviewed their concerns. Developed and evaluated change orders and worked closely with subcontractors to make modifications as appropriate to meet the customer needs. Conducted the final inspection with the new homeowners and provided customer service after the purchase. Took pride in my work and making sure everyone worked well with each other and projects were delivered on time.
