Skill summary
I operated and maintained heavy equipment as they pertained to each situation of installing wet utilities, and general site grading. As a Foreman, I was tasked with the daily oversight and management of resources, equipment and materials to insure proper, punctual and profitable installation of new utilities. I was also responsible for and to the crewmembers to insure that we adhered to all company policies including safety, conduct and discipline. Also instrumental in identify changes to contractual conditions and relay changes prior to work to superintendent. As a Superintendant, I was tasked in communicating with other company departments on jobsite, equipment and personnel related issues. Purchase all field materials in a timely manner as to not hamper the production needs of specified crews while insuring that there was not a large inventory of stored materials on site. Cost code all invoices material and subcontractors and approve or reduce for billing purposes. Collect, organize and verify production reports weekly, identify underperforming projects and employ corrective solutions. Establish “benchmarks†for daily production goals based on budget and estimated job values for a timely project completion, with respect to the specific crews employed capabilities. Enforce all company, personnel and safety policies. Review and verify all field employee’s weekly timesheets and production reports.
