 $70. Million refinery and pipeline Modifications
 Remove and replace gas, crude oil, chemical lines removal of h2s lines and replace (Crew Size was 210)
Oversee all Subcontractors, from pile driving, foundations, civil, all road construction supporting all contractors by being a liaison to the client. Being able to make snap decisions in the field as to not slow productivity and maintain the highest safety record. Overseeing all craft superintendents and help with scheduling as well as day to day problems. Holding all weekly safety meetings and being present at gang box meetings during the week. Working with engineers Quality Control on daily problems, submitting RFI’s, attending all client meetings. I am a very hands on superintendent / manager. I do site walks all during the day if for nothing else but to keep relations with the hands.
