· H&M Clothing store renovation that included 11 Phases while store remained open for business. 60 Days into project store became highest grossing store in country while construction phases were all in progress. Project included New Escalator, associated steel framing and platform modifications, upgrades to all existing elevators
· Review and qualify all bid proposals, close out with purchasing of subcontractor and issuing base contract PO
· Run all client meetings and issue associated weekly meeting minutes
· Buy-out all change order costs, including base contracts with sub-contractors
