As a Project Manager, I am responsible for managing the operations of various construction projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Also execute subcontractor contracts, review and monitoring of shop drawings and update owners on a bi-weekly basis of project status. Adept in estimating all disciplines (management, site work, utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, finishes, equipment installation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Also an excellent technical writer, and have successfully written many procedures as well as proposals for design-build projects.
