• Provide management and quality control to ensure projects meet time schedules and budget requirements and were built in accordance with contract documents.

Company Information: General Contractor with concentration in health care facilities. During the time I was employed with this firm, I was evolved with a wide variety of different types of projects. From coming out of the ground, to interior gut renovations, face lifts to existing structures, and at times even taking over the responsibilities of the clients maintenance staff to ensure repairs would be completed on time.
Job Title: Project Superintendent
• Daily duties consisted of project planning, scheduling, and working within project budgets, resource allocation and supervision, along with quality control.
• Possess knowledge of all building trades, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry
• Controller of the job site. Responsible for all day-to-day job site operations, coordination and management of activities for multi-million dollar construction and renovation projects.
• Interfaced with various building liaisons regarding facility issues and service as the point or contact, collecting, verifying and documenting the specified requirements. In addition developed and preformed emergency occupant planning and continuity operations planning. Scheduled and Managed Office / Facilities moves and or relocations. Maintain accountability or owner/ government property to include furniture and equipment.
• Maintain an open line of communications with subcontractors, and field personnel, concerning the job site’s activities, deal with the various situations and solve the problems that arise on a daily bases.
• Pay attention to detail, to make sure the projects are constructed as per design and specifications .
• Develop pre-walk through punch list and at times conduct walk through prior to client turn over.
• Conducted safety job site, meetings on a weekly basis.
