5/2006 - 7/2007 Herman-Stewart Construction, Lanham, Maryland
 Pool Renovation Project at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Company also does restaurants, hotels, and strip centers. Recently completed the new swimming pool project at the Golden Nugget. There is only one swimming pool area like this in the world. It has several features to include an elevator to level 3 cabana areas, and a 200,000 gallon salt water shark tank which rises 2 stories within the pool area itself. It also has an acrylic tube slide which begins at the level 3 area and travels through the shark tank before entering the pool water area. This is a very unique project with a lot of high tech pumps, filters, and devices to control the water areas. Project value: $25,000,000.00. Ground up through Certificate of Occupancy. Worked on projects in Nevada and the Washington D.C. area. Reason for departure: Lack of Work

Ground up through Certificate of Occupancy.
 Worked on the Marriott Hotel Renovation Project located in Sand Key, FL. This was a conversion project from a Radisson Hotel to a Marriott Hotel per Marriott’s approval of design and standards.
 Project Values Ranging From $3 Million - $19 Million.
 Reason for departure – Solicitation to construct the Pool Renovation Project mentioned above. A two week notice was given and served to the satisfaction of Tri-C Construction.
