Site work included children’s interactive dolphin pool and landscaping. Project is LEED Silver. Diamond Head Self Storage, Honolulu, Hawaii New six-story steel structure with concrete foundations and elevated slab on metal deck. This facility reclaimed a previously developed site that had sunk significantly below sea level. Building is supported by 160 foot long pre-cast piles. The exterior is pre-insulated metal panels and direct applied finish. Demolition of existing building included recycling of building materials.

• Kaiser Antioch Medical Center – Five levels of D&T and two, four-story buildings for patient care, medical office building site work, and central utility plant. Building consists of piles, structural steel frame, metal-stud framing, and aluminum cladding and stucco exterior and curtain walls. • Cache Creek Casino Resort – 260,000 square foot casino containing 200-room hotel, seven restaurants, and four level parking structure. Project contained metal stud framing, faux finishes, and EIFS exterior. • San Rafael Corporate Center – Two five-story structural steel and concrete decks, with EIFS and stucco exterior, architectural glass curtain walls.
• Gallo Salami Plant, San Francisco – 117,000 square feet of seismic upgrade of the Old Gallo Salami Plant, project included new concrete footings, structural steel and wood framing, and design-build MEP. • Stanford University SEQ – New 110,000 square foot three-story Electrical Engineer building of structural steel frame, limestone exterior, and a central hallway with glass curtain walls and skylight, a new 44,000 square foot McCollough Annex and connect elements (arcades and partitions) around the entire quad. Buildings required extensive MEP coordination due to the specific mechanical, electrical and laboratory equipment and commission requirements in the limited ceiling space. • Shell Refinery, Martinez – Project included foundations for electrical transformer yards, vessel ends and pump pads. • Chevron Refinery, Richmond – MTBE project included form columns ranging in height from 10 feet to 22 feet and poured-in-place, lightweight concrete to provide fireproofing. • Exxon, Benicia – MTBE project included footings and foundations for steel structures and slab-on-grade. • PG&E, Contra Costa County – Turner cut natural gas facility that features 7,500 square feet of resurfaced, suspended concrete deck. • Wickland Oil, Martinez – Project added pipe rack sleepers and retaining walls for new storage tank and piping. • Owen Illinois Glass Plant, Lathrop – Renovation project for new flow line consisting of existing slab removal, added footings, trench drains, truck turn-around and glass storage areas. • Anheuser Busch Earth Grain Bakery, Stockton – Addition of new Proofer Unit including insulated sub slab, structural steel, block walls, and remodeled restrooms to meet ADA requirements. • Foster Wheeler, Inc., Concord – New Co-generation plant consisting of grade beams, mat footings, concrete structures, pipe supports, miscellaneous pads and slab-on-grade. • Lawrence Livermore Lab – Seismic upgrade of two, seven-story concrete towers with steel collector beams, added shear walls and courtyard at slab-on-grade. • Nasa Ames Research Center, Mountain View – Project featured a 12-foot wind tunnel and a four-story structural steel building with exterior metal siding. Included full renovation of the existing office buildings and ADA compliant restrooms.
