• Houston – Chisholm Trails Apartments, cost 16M, 14 buildings plus club house & pool. Completed this project start to finish.
• Nederland, TX – Nederland Avenue Apartments, cost 9M, 8 buildings plus club house & pool. Completed project start to finish.
• Houston – Stonehaven Apartments, cost 14M, 18 buildings plus club house & pool. Brought to the project midway to completion.
• Alice, TX – San Diego Apartments, cost 8M, 8 buildings plus club house & pool. Sent to the project to clean up the mess the former superintendent left the owner with. Completed job successfully
• Humble, TX – Montgomery Pines cost 18M, 15 buildings plus club house & pool. Brought to project shortly after start to completion.
• Houston – Canal Street apartments cost 25M, 250 units. This was a podium complex with lower level parking garage and pool. Brought to project to help meet completion deadline.
• Houston - Autumn Pines cost 19M, 26 Buildings plus club house & pool. Start to completion
• Austin, TX – Village of Arboretum cost 30M, 250 units. This was a high dollar retirement facility that contained a first level parking garage, retail section & swimming pools. Started at sheet rock stage and left shortly before completion to start Westview job.
• Conroe, TX – Lakes & Westview cost 12M, 10 buildings plus clubhouse & pool.
• Conroe, TX – Woodside Manor 20M, 240 units plus clubhouse & pool, retirement community
• Desoto, TX – Bridgemore [at] Desoto, 20M, 240 units plus clubhouse & pool, retirement community
Responsibilities for these projects include ordering and tracking material deliveries, and scheduling and coordinating subcontractors while reviewing project progress with my company.
Supervised up to 240 workers, depending on the size of the project and conducted weekly safety meeting.
Acting liaison between the owners of the project and my company.
