Senior Construction Inspector/CEO Uprocon was a utility construction inspection serving company that provided engineering services to a base of clients that were civil engineering firms Mckim & Creed; Wk Dickson; Gannett & Fleming; and utility waste water and water municipalities Charlotte Mecklenburg Utility and Stanly County Public Works. Uprocon has represented its clients on many Annexation projects, Capital Improvement projects, subdivision utility projects, rehab waste water and water main projects and worked along with the street maintenance dept for monitoring the progress of their crews on daily projects under an optimization program.
