Safety Manager at The Century Project a 42 story $300,000,000.00 high end condominium complex with attached parking structure. The project is a “cast in place†structure that used flyer/hand set shoring systems. Responsibilities included new hire safety orientation, site safety inspections, monthly/quarterly safety summaries, J H A / J S A development and review, issuance of safety violations and discipline, bi monthly walks with both Insurance Broker and Insurance Carrier (OCIP Project), additional training, weekly and monthly project safety meetings. Project ranked towards top in the company with man hours worked and lowest incident rate with a manpower count ranging from 500 to 800 workers. Handled all accident investigations and root cause analysis. Project received Safety Award for having the lowest incident rate for all Southern California Projects for 2008 and is currently leading ongoing projects through the end of February 2009.
