I have twelve years experience in the construction industry. My last five years have been in a supervisory position. My most recent employer was a small residential builder that exposed me to many aspects of owning and managing a company. I was involved in bi-monthly meetings where I had the chance to implement new quality assurance and safety programs along with streamlining construction schedules.
The most recent neighborhood I built was neighborhood in transition located near uptown Charlotte. It is one of the oldest sections of the city that had been forgotten about. There were many challenges to building in such a transitional area but once the residents started to see the progress, they to began to take pride in their surroundings.
This combination of business experience and hands-on field management is well suited for many different positions in the construction industry.
