Overviewed the Construction Management Division for STOA Architects, with approximately
6 DOD contracts, 11 Santa Rosa County Schools, and several public commercial projects under construction. Overviewed the policies and procedures of the department and help train the staff in contractor based computer management software as well as implement new procedures to help streamline the department and assist the Architects of record with all construction documents including, but not limited to field reports, RFI’S, Change Orders, OAC Meetings, Pre-construction Meetings, and Coordination Meetings, as well as verify all pay applications.

Devier Construction, Mandeville LA 1/2008 – 6/2008
Overviewed the complete construction of 3 CVS Pharmacy’s in Louisiana, and Mississippi, this included but not limited to Estimating, Project buy-out, Project Quality Control, Procurement and all associated reports to the Owner, Architect, and Engineering Consultants. Assisted in writing all company Policies and Procedures. Project values varied from $3 million to $4 million.

Kraft Construction, Naples Florida 2005 –2007
Overviewed two (2) 22 floor high end, high-rise towers in Naples Florida. The towers were built at the same time under one contract. The same subs were used for both towers and two separate crews were needed. These buildings had a six unit floor plan, each ranging from 2850 square feet to 4800 square feet. Communication was critical to the project as materials originated from Europe. A large number of these owners lived in different areas of the world so coordination was critical for customer satisfaction.
Total contract value is $124 million.

Overviewed a number of projects throughout the Florida and Georgia area; the majority of
projects that were on military bases. We designed and built several key facilities on Eglin
Air Force base, Hurlburt Field, Fort Rucker and Fort Benning.
The value of these projects varied from $3 million to $9 million.
These projects were very sensitive and required security clearances.

Assisted with several capital Projects at the Coors Brewery. These projects consisted of complete Bottling Line build out, to complete re-piping of the existing Brewery.

Assisted with the complete build out of a Copper Tubing Plant. This is a state of the facility that sat on 22 acres of land and had 11 miles of new railways installed. The machines arrived from Germany and Austria via boat to Los Angeles and then trucked to Cedar City.
