mechanical, load rack, concrete construction, structural, and other necessary construction.
* Scheduling contractor and suppliers.
* Maintaining safety standards in a petroleum facility environment.
* Conducting safety meetings, work inspections, and project meetings with contractors and owners.
* Producing daily job reports, and all necessary documentation concerning the project.
* Conducting final inspection, and generating punch lists to final completion.
* Producing “as built†drawings to present to the owners.
Projects:
• Go Mart Fuel Terminal, St. Albans WVA
Addition of two ethanol tanks, new load skid rack, new product piping and replacement of specified product
piping. New offload containment area, with piping to oil/water separator. Installation of new lighting at the
entire facility. All new communications and data installed with computers in coordination with load rack.
New paved area between offload containment area and load rack. New electrical system and all new equipment
for operation of the facility.

 Louisa United Methodist Church, Masonry, steel and truss construction – 19,000 sq. ft. new construction, requiring state inspections and permitting.
