fine Sub-contractors. Opportunity to see Charlie Manson, the guy is scary.

Sprinkler & Alarm System, Cardiac ICU, new 26 bed ICU, new 36
Bed Neo-Natal ICU, Renovate 8 O.R. rooms. Operating hospital
80+ life flights and ambulances daily. Fastest medgas shutdown,
11 min. between surgeries. Worked with every dept. head, nurse manager,
charge nurse in the facility; revised a weak schedule of mock ups into
a real asset; accelerated schedule, cut costs, very fulfilling project.

18 Building Texas State Jail on an 880 acre Site with
an 11 mo. schedule. C.O.s added 1 mo. and 2 mil. to project.
Completed, Punched, commissioned, and turned over on time.
Despite a cattle stampede, 329 rattlesnakes, Africanized bees,
and drilling a 1200 ft. well.
Reid Arena, Texas A & M, College Station, Texas $34 million
Multi use, primarily Basketball arena, on a 800 acre site. Difficulties
overcame included- no skilled labor locally available
( Bush Library & a large Mfg. plant were ongoing at groundbreaking),
and large holes in the buyout.
