Supervised the construction of a two-story, 1,500+ unit storage facility with elevator and additional RV storage in Tustin, CA; worked closely with architects, civil and electrical engineers, as well as the owner to ensure adherence to original blueprints, including any and all change orders and/or revisions; organized meetings with City of Tustin Building and Planning to ensure all building codes, plan revisions and environmental issues were strictly followed; scheduled all inspections; coordinated all sub-contract activity and scheduling, along with daily detailed notes; weekly safety meetings.
